Excel International Business Simulation Course: As Thrilling and Fun as Piloting a Flight Simulator

Excel International Practical Simulation Open Classes always conclude on a high note. The entire session was filled with laughter, sparking all kinds of creative thinking, perfectly embodying the educational philosophy of EIS Excel International Consultants: "Learning Drives Earning."

A Diverse Mix of Participants The participants came from a wide range of backgrounds, including SME Chairmen, General Managers, CEOs, secretaries, finance personnel, editors, and school teachers. Every participant stepped out of their comfort zone and familiar reality to experience the responsibilities of different department heads in the 【Value Co.in™ dynamic simulation course.

Job Rotation & Perspective Changing Beyond performing their assigned duties, participants underwent immediate job rotation and perspective-changing exercises after each operating cycle. This process comprehensively enhanced their management and collaboration skills.

Strategic Showdowns Each small group operated as a distinct company with unique leadership styles and business strategies. The processes and results varied significantly: some groups pursued sustainable development through conservative stability, while others sought rapid growth through bold, high-stakes moves. During the simulation, everyone racked their brains, thinking deeply about how to maximize profitability and striving to outperform their previous year's results.

In the morning Simulation session, under the guidance of Instructor Mr. Li Ruowen, participants gradually familiarized themselves with the Year 1 operational flow and rules. They took turns playing different executive roles, gave their companies catchy names, and immediately immersed themselves in the atmosphere of real-world management. After one year of operation, each group posted their financial data and proposed improvement plans.

  • Group 1【Tongbao (Treasure Coin)】: Prioritized stability first—cutting costs and improving processes. Once on track, they planned to upgrade equipment and employee welfare.

  • Group 2【Super Earning Global】: Reduced raw material costs, inventory, interest, and personnel expenses, while increasing sales bonuses and brand image.

  • Group 3【Earning Ingots】: Increased sales bonuses, marketing, and corporate image investment, while cutting expenses on finished goods, raw materials, commissions, and admin costs.

  • Group 4【Master】: Eliminated redundant production lines to focus resources. By boosting brand image, they could raise prices. They also switched to a tiered commission structure, using increased revenue to pay off bank loans.

The Final Verdict In the afternoon, groups executed their own improvement plans. After 2 to 3 years of simulated operation, key performance indicators were tallied. Chief Instructor Professor Peter Kuo evaluated the teams to select the most outstanding group for a "Special Order." The competition was fierce, but ultimately, Group 2【Super Earning Global won the honor through their aggressive management style.
